This Refund Policy explains how refunds work for Sokhak subscriptions. How you ask for one depends on where you bought your subscription.
Subscriptions bought in the Sokhak app, including the Individual and Family plans, are sold and billed by Apple (App Store) or Google (Google Play). Refunds for these purchases are handled by them, under their policies; we cannot issue them ourselves.
Only the Family organizer, who paid for the plan, can request a refund for it. If a refund ends the plan, every member loses full access at the same time.
We no longer sell subscriptions on our website. For a subscription bought there earlier, our checkout partner, Paddle, is the authorised reseller and merchant of record. Its refund policy and buyer terms control refunds, withdrawal rights and chargebacks for that purchase; if anything on this page conflicts with them, their terms apply.
Depending on where you live, mandatory consumer laws may give you the right to cancel or obtain a refund within a certain period (for example, 14-day withdrawal rights for some digital contracts in the EU, EEA, UK and Switzerland). Where digital content has already been supplied and you gave express consent to lose that right (where the law allows), it may be limited. Nothing in this policy limits your rights for products that are faulty, not as described, or not fit for purpose.
If you have persistent technical problems using Sokhak, please contact us first at [email protected]. If we cannot resolve the issue, you can ask for a refund where you bought the subscription (section 1 or 2), with any correspondence from us.
When a refund is issued for your subscription, access to paid Sokhak features ends.
